What is Sacred Sexuality?

Sacred sexuality is a profound and ancient practice that honors the inherent connection between sexuality, spirituality, and personal growth. It goes beyond mere physical pleasure to encompass a deep reverence for the divine within ourselves and our partners. In sacred sexuality, the body is seen as a temple, and sexual energy is regarded as a powerful force for healing, transformation, and spiritual awakening.

At its core, sacred sexuality encourages mindful awareness, open communication, and mutual respect between partners. It invites us to explore our desires, boundaries, and vulnerabilities with authenticity and compassion. Rather than focusing solely on achieving orgasm, sacred sexuality emphasizes the journey of intimacy, connection, and profound union with our partner and the cosmos.

Sacred sexuality encompasses a wide range of practices, including tantra, Taoist sexual energy cultivation, and various other modalities. These practices often involve meditation, breathwork, and conscious touch to deepen the connection between partners and awaken the dormant energy within the body.

Through sacred sexuality, individuals can experience profound states of ecstasy, bliss, and oneness with the universe. It offers a path to deeper self-awareness, emotional healing, and spiritual growth. By honoring and nurturing the sacredness of our sexual experiences, we can cultivate greater love, intimacy, and fulfillment in our relationships and lives.

A Private Class

​

A private class will be a one on one and can be done alone or with a partner.  This is for those who would prefer not to be in a group setting.  This can be ongoing as needed.

Sacred Sexuality Class

A Class will done in a small group setting and will be announced or scheduled throughout the year.

A note from our Sacred Sexuality Practitioner:

As I embarked on my journey into Sacred Sexuality, a profound realization dawned upon me. I came to understand that much of what I knew or had been taught was merely societal programming. Going deeper into this realm, I found compelling research and data showcasing the impact that Sexual Relations and Relationships can have on our Body, Mind, and Spirit. It is evident that these connections could either deeply wound us or truly enlighten us.

​

Regrettably, in today's society, many young people are introduced to sex through pornography. This warped depiction of intimacy often becomes their only reference point, a notion that deeply troubles me. It's crucial to recognize that this portrayal is far removed from reality. In fact, it's one of the primary catalysts for sexual-related addictions, which have been scientifically proven to deteriorate the brain.  Lets not forget the trauma it may cause some individuals.

In my upcoming classes, I am committed to sharing this vital information to the best of my knowledge. I'll provide insights, backed by research, shedding light on the true nature of healthy sexual relationships and their impact on our well-being.  I will uphold high ethical standard in my interactions with any class participants, respecting boundaries, consent, and confidentiality at all times.
