Tai Chi Chuan is a form of meditation in movement. Tai Chi concentrates on the practical applications that maintain and improve your physical health and mental well-being at any age. The benefits of Tai Chi promote wellness, help prevent dis-ease, and exercise all muscles, joints, and internal organs. It improves balance (proven to help seniors avoid falls), enhances temperament, and encourages healing and rehabilitation after injury, surgery, or serious illness.
