About Me

My spiritual journey began in 2019, sparked by a deeply personal experience that opened the door to holistic healing and the metaphysical world. A close friend of mine had been struggling with serious health challenges and found relief through Reiki after traditional methods provided little support. Witnessing her transformation inspired me to explore Reiki for myself and understand how energy healing works.

Around the same time, I was studying astrology, which further awakened my curiosity about the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. As I continued my studies and received my Reiki I and Reiki II attunements, I experienced a profound personal awakening that deepened my sensitivity, awareness, and understanding of energetic healing.

My path has not always been easy, but it has been meaningful and transformative. It continues to guide my work today, grounded in an open heart, an open mind, and a commitment to personal growth and helping others on their own journeys.

My Background & Approach

Over the years, I have studied a wide range of holistic and metaphysical modalities. While I do not actively offer every modality listed, each area has contributed to my understanding of healing and supports the work I do today.

My goal is to help individuals reconnect with themselves, gain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence and alignment.

Hypnosis & Subconscious Work

My journey into hypnosis developed from a deep fascination with the human mind and its natural ability to heal and transform. Through studying neuroscience and psychology, including the work of Joe Dispenza and Daniel Amen, I became increasingly interested in the connection between the subconscious mind and overall well-being.

I have conducted sessions with individuals from a variety of backgrounds, including those with autism and intellectual disabilities, and have seen positive responses to my supportive and personalized approach.

Hypnosis, for me, is not just a technique, it is a tool for helping individuals access deeper awareness, shift patterns, and support meaningful personal growth.

Reiki & Energy Healing

My Reiki sessions are designed to promote relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. Each session is tailored to the individual and may incorporate elements such as calming music, crystals, and a peaceful environment to support the experience.

I work with several Reiki modalities, including:

• Traditional Usui Reiki

• Sekhmet Reiki

• Arcturian Reiki

• Distance Reiki

Sessions may include a combination of these approaches based on the client’s preferences and comfort level.

Space & Energy Alignment

I have certification in space and energy alignment, these sessions are designed to support a more balanced and harmonious environment. These sessions may include:

• Energy clearing techniques

• Intention setting and visualization

• Optional use of tools such as crystals or sound elements

The goal is to create a space that feels calm, supportive, and aligned with positive energy.

Future Educational Offerings

I am also in the process of developing future educational resources focused on promoting mindfulness, self-awareness, personal boundaries, and healthy relationship dynamics for younger individuals. These programs are being thoughtfully designed to be age-appropriate, respectful, and supportive of emotional well-being, with a strong emphasis on education, personal growth, and self-respect.
